Member Retention Counselor

Job Summary

Generating outbound retention calls and servicing inbound inquiries, the full-time Member Retention Counselor will focus on growing Club membership totals while providing exceptional customer support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and lapsed members, emphasizing the value of AAA membership and generating mailings as needed
• Handle incoming calls from prospective and current members, explaining membership benefits and processing sales and change requests
• Support Branch Offices and other departments by providing clarification on membership policies and assisting with employee training as needed

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
• Familiarity with data processing technology and customer relationship management systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including alternating Saturdays
• Strong understanding of membership policies and procedures
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service standards consistently
