Member Retention Counselor

Job Summary

Generating outbound retention calls and servicing inbound inquiries, the full-time Member Retention Counselor will focus on growing Club membership totals while providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and lapsed members, emphasizing the value of AAA membership and managing mailings as needed
• Handle incoming calls from current and prospective members, explaining membership benefits and processing sales and change requests
• Support Branch Offices and other departments by answering inquiries and assisting in training and mentoring as required

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Experience in customer service, retail sales, and/or telemarketing is required
• Indirect leadership experience is required
