Member Retention Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Retention Associate Specialist to join their Member Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain current members by discussing membership benefits and addressing cancellation requests
• Provide professional counseling on membership inquiries and services
• Meet or exceed established production goals in a high-volume contact center environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two to five years of customer sales and service and/or retention experience
• Previous inside sales experience focusing on customer care is desirable
• Ability to obtain appropriate licensing for sales and service within 90 days of hire
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality with the ability to work overtime or holidays as needed
