Job Summary
A company is looking for a Membership Retention Associate Specialist to join their Member Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain current members by discussing membership benefits and addressing cancellation requests
- Provide professional counseling on membership inquiries and services
- Meet or exceed established production goals in a high-volume contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years of customer sales and service and/or retention experience
- Previous inside sales experience focusing on customer care is desirable
- Ability to obtain appropriate licensing for sales and service within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality with the ability to work overtime or holidays as needed
