Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I to provide high-quality service and support to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate service while understanding and addressing member needs
- Perform member account maintenance and provide first-tier technical support for electronic services
- Maintain member confidentiality and uphold the credit union's ethical standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
- Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or related experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
