Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I to provide high-quality service and support to members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate service while understanding and addressing member needs
  • Perform member account maintenance and provide first-tier technical support for electronic services
  • Maintain member confidentiality and uphold the credit union's ethical standards
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
  • Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or related experience
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
