Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to members while understanding their needs
  • Perform member account maintenance and provide technical support for electronic services
  • Maintain member records and ensure confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality goals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or related role
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
