Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Agent to provide financial transaction services and product education to members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Takes incoming calls to assist members with account needs and transactions
  • Opens new accounts and processes checks
  • Responds to members' inquiries via email and chat, providing information on products and services
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED and six months of experience working with the general public
  • Previous phone experience is helpful
  • Must be friendly, personable, professional, and service-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
