Member Service Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to credit union members, the part-time Member Service Agent will assist with account needs, process transactions, and educate members on products and services, with the possibility of remote work after initial training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members with account inquiries and transactions via phone, email, and chat
• Open new accounts and process checks efficiently
• Promote and provide information on credit union products and services to existing members

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or financial services preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Proficiency with electronic correspondence and communication tools
• Willingness to undergo mandatory in-office training prior to remote work
