Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtains and processes deliverables from contractors in accordance with client standards
  • Reviews contractor applications and maintains compliance with credentialing requirements
  • Acts as a liaison for contractors and District Managers, updating files and addressing noncompliance issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Highly proficient in advanced computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical skills with a focus on compliance
  • Experience in maintaining contractor files and documentation
