Job Summary

Supporting the Membership Services team in a full-time hybrid role, the Member Service Coordinator I will manage contractor files, process documentation, and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and review contractor information while managing administrative responsibilities for credentialing requirements
  • Obtain and track deliverables from contractors, ensuring compliance with client standards and processing applications
  • Serve as a point of contact for contractors and District Managers, maintaining updated contractor files and addressing noncompliance issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Highly proficient in computer skills with advanced capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good time management abilities and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in maintaining compliance and managing documentation
