Job Summary

Supporting the Membership Services team in a full-time hybrid role, the Member Service Coordinator I will manage contractor files, ensure compliance with credentialing requirements, and communicate effectively with contractors to maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and review contractor information, maintaining administrative responsibility for credentialing requirements
  • Obtain and track deliverables from contractors, ensuring compliance with client standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for contractors and District Managers, updating and maintaining contractor files and documentation
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Highly proficient with advanced computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good time management skills
