Job Summary
Supporting the Membership Services team in a full-time hybrid role, the Member Service Coordinator I will manage contractor files, ensure compliance with credentialing requirements, and communicate effectively with contractors to maintain accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and review contractor information, maintaining administrative responsibility for credentialing requirements
- Obtain and track deliverables from contractors, ensuring compliance with client standards
- Serve as a point of contact for contractors and District Managers, updating and maintaining contractor files and documentation
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Highly proficient with advanced computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good time management skills
