Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to assist in the daily operations of a retail branch and provide excellent member service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Engage with members to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions and referrals
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations and policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or college degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within one year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
