Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to assist in the daily operations of a retail branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and assist with routine and complex transactions
• Engage with members to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services
• Participate in training and maintain knowledge of credit union services and regulatory processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Basic proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
