Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and build relationships with members and other departments
• Address member inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and coverage via various communication methods
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications
• Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
