Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Representative - Hybrid.

- Deliver world-class customer service and build relationships with members and other departments
- Address member inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and coverage via various communication methods
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications
- Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
