Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative - Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent member service via call center, assessing member needs and promoting appropriate products
  • Navigate multiple computer applications to assist members with account inquiries and transactions
  • Engage in training and teamwork to meet departmental and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate good organizational skills
  • No supervisory experience required
