Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Representative - Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent member service via call center, assessing member needs and promoting appropriate products
- Navigate multiple computer applications to assist members with account inquiries and transactions
- Engage in training and teamwork to meet departmental and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate good organizational skills
- No supervisory experience required
