Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative - Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent member service via call center, assessing member needs and promoting appropriate products and services
  • Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting members with account inquiries and transactions
  • Engage in training and team activities to meet departmental and organizational goals


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1-year experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and possess good organizational skills
  • Must comply with applicable regulations and guidelines
