Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and assist with routine and complex transactions
• Engage with members to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions and referrals
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services while participating in training programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
