Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and represent the credit union in a professional manner
• Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Engage with members to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services

Required Qualifications

• Education: College degree or high school diploma
• Experience: 1+ years in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Basic knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
