Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and assist with routine and complex transactions
• Engage with members to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services
• Participate in training and support branch goals through teamwork and collaboration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or college degree
• 1+ years of experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year
• Basic proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
