Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative - Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent member service and support via phone and other communication channels
  • Conduct consultative interviews to assess member financial needs and promote appropriate products and services
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and address member inquiries and account issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1-year experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and possess good organizational skills
  • No supervisory experience required
