Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and perform routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, balancing, and compliance with regulatory processes
• Engage with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and promote credit union products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
