Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and navigate multiple systems to assist members and non-members
  • Perform member verification, review accounts, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity standards
  • Collaborate with management and partners to resolve complex issues and support service requests
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant work experience or a combination of experience and education (Associate's Degree or higher)
  • Experience in direct customer engagement or relationship management is required
  • Banking and/or fraud experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
