Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and navigate multiple systems to assist members and non-members
- Perform member verification, review accounts, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with management and partners to resolve complex issues and support service requests
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant work experience or a combination of experience and education (Associate's Degree or higher)
- Experience in direct customer engagement or relationship management is required
- Banking and/or fraud experience preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
