Job Summary

Member Service Representative, full-time position responsible for providing quality service to members through a call center, promoting products, and resolving account issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent member service and represent the organization in a professional manner
  • Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
  • Engage in training and teamwork to meet departmental and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and possess good organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicable rules and regulations in the financial sector
