Job Summary
Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist with daily branch operations, perform complex transactions, and advocate for members' financial needs while adhering to regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent member service by performing routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently
- Act as a member advocate by actively listening and offering appropriate referrals for products and services based on member needs
- Participate in training programs and collaborate with team members to meet and exceed branch sales and service goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
- Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year of service
- Familiarity with basic PC applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
