Job Summary
Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist with daily branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and advocate for member needs while working onsite and potentially remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent member service and perform accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Engage with members to identify needs and offer appropriate financial solutions and referrals
- Participate in training and adhere to compliance regulations while supporting branch sales and service goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
- Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
- Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
