Job Summary

Providing exceptional member service in a full-time remote capacity, the Member Service Representative will assist members via the call center, open new accounts, resolve account issues, and promote appropriate products and services while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent member service by engaging with members professionally and efficiently through various communication channels
  • Conduct consultative interviews to assess members' financial needs and accurately open new accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales and service goals while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and listen to member needs
