Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with members in a courteous and professional manner, the full-time Member Service Representative will perform routine and complex transactions, assist with branch operations, and advocate for member needs while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service by accurately processing transactions and maintaining cash and checks
• Act as a member advocate by actively listening and offering appropriate product referrals based on member needs
• Participate in training and collaborate with team members to meet branch sales and service goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to successfully complete new account and loan training within the first year of service
• Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
