Member Service Representative

Job Summary

As a full-time Member Service Representative, the successful candidate will assist in daily retail branch operations, perform complex transactions, provide exceptional member service, and actively engage in achieving sales and service goals, while having the capability to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
• Act as a member advocate by actively listening to needs and providing appropriate product referrals and solutions
• Engage in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of credit union services and improve personal performance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
