Job Summary
Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Member Service Representative will perform routine and complex transactions, provide excellent customer service, and assist with branch operations, while adhering to federal regulations and credit union policies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Act as a member advocate by identifying needs and offering appropriate products and services
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed branch sales and service goals while maintaining a positive work environment
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
- Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
- Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
