Job Summary

Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Member Service Representative will perform routine and complex transactions, provide excellent customer service, and assist with branch operations, while adhering to federal regulations and credit union policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Act as a member advocate by identifying needs and offering appropriate products and services
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed branch sales and service goals while maintaining a positive work environment
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
  • Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
  • Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
