Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to members, the full-time hourly Member Service Representative will process financial transactions, educate members on products, and assist with account needs both onsite and remotely after initial training.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members with account needs and transactions through incoming calls
- Open new accounts and process checks efficiently
- Respond to member inquiries via email and chat systems
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or financial services preferred
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays as part of the schedule
- Proficiency in using electronic correspondence tools
- Strong understanding of credit union products and services
- Willingness to undergo initial onsite training before transitioning to remote work
