Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to members, the full-time hourly Member Service Representative will process financial transactions, educate members on products, and assist with account needs both onsite and remotely after initial training.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist members with account needs and transactions through incoming calls
  • Open new accounts and process checks efficiently
  • Respond to member inquiries via email and chat systems
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or financial services preferred
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays as part of the schedule
  • Proficiency in using electronic correspondence tools
  • Strong understanding of credit union products and services
  • Willingness to undergo initial onsite training before transitioning to remote work
