Job Summary

To support the financial wellness of members, the full-time Member Service Representative will engage in daily retail branch operations, perform cash handling transactions, and provide exceptional customer service while working both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent member service by accurately completing routine and complex transactions and maintaining cash and check balances
  • Act as a member advocate by actively listening to member needs and offering appropriate product referrals while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Participate in training programs and collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals, contributing to a positive branch environment
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
  • Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year of service
  • Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
