Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to members, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist with account inquiries, open new accounts, and promote financial products while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent member service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Conduct consultative interviews to assess members' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and service goals while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and listen to member needs
