Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional member service, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist with daily branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and engage with members to identify their needs and offer solutions while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring cash and checks are balanced daily
• Act as a member advocate by actively listening and providing referrals for products and services based on member needs
• Participate in training programs and maintain knowledge of credit union services and products to meet sales and service goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year of service
• Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
