Job Summary
Guiding member institutions through implementation and renewal processes, the full-time remote Member Services Account Manager will focus on building relationships, monitoring account health, and providing technical support to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with member institutions to understand their needs and position relevant products and services
- Monitor account health and develop management plans to drive the adoption of new programs and products
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the member lifecycle from implementation to renewal
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in customer/member service, particularly in admissions or enrollment management
- Willingness to travel for biannual retreats
- Experience with Salesforce and Acuity Scheduling is preferred
- Knowledge of Common App software and organizational structure is a plus
