Job Summary

Guiding member institutions through implementation and renewal processes, the full-time remote Member Services Account Manager will focus on building relationships, monitoring account health, and providing technical support to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with member institutions to understand their needs and position relevant products and services
  • Monitor account health and develop management plans to drive the adoption of new programs and products
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the member lifecycle from implementation to renewal
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer/member service, particularly in admissions or enrollment management
  • Willingness to travel for biannual retreats
  • Experience with Salesforce and Acuity Scheduling is preferred
  • Knowledge of Common App software and organizational structure is a plus
