Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Member Services Advisor will assist members and guests of The Ritz-Carlton Club with reservation requests, changes, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional and positive interaction both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations through various communication channels
- Assist members with their reservation and informational needs while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolve complaints and reservation errors professionally, maintaining adherence to company standards
Required qualifications
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Background and/or drug screening may be required per company policy
