Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Advocate to support insurance processing and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle member inquiries and provide resolutions while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy
  • Enroll members in coverage and assist in the resolution of complaints
  • Demonstrate understanding of products and processes, and transfer members to appropriate departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service related position
  • Flexibility in personal schedules, with willingness to work overtime and weekends
  • Insurance or call center experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of life insurance operations and ability to perform mathematical calculations
