Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Advocate to support insurance processing and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries and provide resolutions while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy
- Enroll members in coverage and assist in the resolution of complaints
- Demonstrate understanding of products and processes, and transfer members to appropriate departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service related position
- Flexibility in personal schedules, with willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Insurance or call center experience preferred
- Basic understanding of life insurance operations and ability to perform mathematical calculations
