Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Member Services Advocate will support all lines of insurance processing, handle member inquiries, and assist with enrollments and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of AAA Life products and processes to effectively assist members
- Resolve member inquiries and escalate issues as needed while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy
- Enroll members in coverage and assist management with resolving complaints and directing members to appropriate departments
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Flexibility in personal schedule, including willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Basic knowledge of life insurance operations and products preferred
- Experience navigating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
