Job Summary
Supporting all lines of insurance processing, the full-time remote Member Services Advocate will generate enrollments, provide exceptional customer service, and handle administrative tasks based on member inquiries and requests in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of AAA Life products and processes to effectively serve members
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy of Speed, Accuracy, and Style
- Assist in processing reinstatement forms and enroll members in coverage as opportunities arise
Required qualifications
- High School degree required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in insurance or a call center
- Basic understanding of life insurance operations, policies, and various insurance products preferred
- Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
