Job Summary

- Assist members with balance bill issues and inquiries, influencing a positive member experience
- Coordinate internal and external member issue resolution, ensuring timely resolution and remediation
Required Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments preferred
