Job Summary

Empowered to enhance the Member experience, the full-time remote Member Services Agent will interact with members via voice and email, resolving inquiries and building relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for members by providing professional and personable interactions through various communication channels
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address inquiries related to returns, tracking, and order modifications without relying on scripts
  • Expand skills to manage more complex situations and engage with members through alternate channels like messaging or social media
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment, preferably in e-commerce or luxury retail
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Strong decision-making skills and comfort in taking ownership of issues
