Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to join their Member Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to assigned association members
  • Manage membership dues processing, event registration, and invoice distribution
  • Support secondary associations and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Demonstrated ethical behavior and professional appearance
