Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator who is passionate about helping to reinvent healthcare options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Members with inquiries and resolve issues regarding health plan services
  • Build and maintain relationships with Members while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Document all interactions and manage Member information accurately in the database
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Previous experience in healthcare or insurance preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Google and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with internal communication systems such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent attendance record is critical for success in this position
