Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support participants in their wellness program.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with processing Physician's Screening Forms, participant outreach, and other special projects
- Support advocacy services to help members understand and utilize their benefits effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-5pm
- Strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
