Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support participants in their wellness program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with processing Physician's Screening Forms, participant outreach, and other special projects
  • Support advocacy services to help members understand and utilize their benefits effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-5pm
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
