Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all service offerings
  • Provide detailed information about benefits and coordinate care for members and patients
  • Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; some college and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) desired
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and telehealth experience
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (preferred)
  • Ability to work weekends and maintain an internet speed of 30MPS or higher
