Job Summary

Member Services Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for delivering advocacy services, assisting members with employer benefits, and supporting wellness program inquiries through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members in understanding their coverage and resolving issues related to employer benefits
  • Provide support for wellness program-related inquiries and needs
  • Deliver high-touch customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service roles, such as receptionist or scheduler
  • Background in insurance verification or medical environments preferred
  • Ability to guide individuals through benefit-related questions
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective member interactions
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8-5pm
