Job Summary
Member Services Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for delivering advocacy services, assisting members with employer benefits, and supporting wellness program inquiries through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members in understanding their coverage and resolving issues related to employer benefits
- Provide support for wellness program-related inquiries and needs
- Deliver high-touch customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles, such as receptionist or scheduler
- Background in insurance verification or medical environments preferred
- Ability to guide individuals through benefit-related questions
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective member interactions
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8-5pm
