Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care team, the hybrid Member Services Coordinator will assist members and providers with scheduling and managing virtual consults while providing detailed information about healthcare services in College Station, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all Recuro service offerings
- Support members with inquiries related to benefits and care coordination
- Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaints
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma; some college education and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and telehealth experience
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work weekends and maintain an internet speed of 30MPS or higher
