Job Summary
To enhance patient experiences, the full-time remote Member Services Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues while maintaining a professional image and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Answers patient inquiries and provides information regarding health center services and events
- Schedules appointments and performs follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction
- Maintains the call center database and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two to four years of customer service experience required
- Excellent telephonic skills with a strong customer focus
- Proficiency in computer software applications and data entry
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations
