Job Summary

To enhance patient experiences, the full-time remote Member Services Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues while maintaining a professional image and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers patient inquiries and provides information regarding health center services and events
  • Schedules appointments and performs follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Maintains the call center database and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two to four years of customer service experience required
  • Excellent telephonic skills with a strong customer focus
  • Proficiency in computer software applications and data entry
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations
