Job Summary

Leading the Group Account Billing function, the full-time Member Services Coordinator will manage billing operations, enhance program value, and support member interactions in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee group account billing operations, including maintaining facility rosters, coordinating annual invoicing, and processing payments
  • Analyze group account data to identify trends and opportunities for increased engagement and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system integrations and optimize the billing experience for members
Required qualifications
  • 12 years of related experience in billing operations within a member-facing environment
  • Some higher education required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Skilled in data analysis with a focus on interpreting trends and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Technical proficiency in billing systems, CRM tools, and MS Office; experience with Salesforce/Nimble and/or Freshdesk is a plus
  • Ability to work under multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
