Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Service Executive I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and improve client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues
  • Manage and deliver responses for the Contact Center Services & Solutions product and related programs
  • Develop and execute service account plans while maintaining CRM records and client meeting materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Five years of client relationship experience in the financial service or contact center industry
  • Two years of experience in Client Service Delivery or a similar role servicing accounts or clients
