Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Service Executive I.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues
- Manage and deliver responses for the Contact Center Services & Solutions product and related programs
- Develop and execute service account plans while maintaining CRM records and client meeting materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Five years of client relationship experience in the financial service or contact center industry
- Two years of experience in Client Service Delivery or a similar role servicing accounts or clients
