Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative to provide exceptional service to its members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, assisting with inquiries and financial transactions
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accurate handling of transactions
• Identify opportunities to strengthen member relationships and promote credit union products

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and balancing cash drawer are required
• 1+ years of experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment is preferred
• Proficient keyboarding and calculator skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
