Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Representative - RBP.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service to clients by managing incoming calls from members and healthcare providers

- Navigate multiple databases to research member information and answer questions about benefits and claim processing
Required Qualifications

- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with previous RBP experience preferred
