Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative - RBP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service to clients by managing incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
• Assist members in understanding their RBP plans and resolving barriers to care
• Navigate multiple databases to research member information and answer questions about benefits and claim processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with previous RBP experience preferred
• Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate
• Proficiency in learning and navigating new software quickly
